Hi! I'm Aleksandra, a passionate running and strength coach based on the Gold Coast, Australia. I specialize in running biomechanics, speed development, endurance training, and strength & conditioning programming for clients of all levels—from complete beginners to competitive runners, team-sport athletes, and individuals focused on building strength and improving overall fitness. My goal is to help you move better, run faster, get stronger, and achieve your personal goals through science-based training plans, technical analysis, and a supportive coaching approach. Whether you want to start running from zero, prepare for a race, improve your speed, build muscle and strength, or transform your overall fitness, I will guide you every step of the way.

Who is Aleksandra?

Aleksandra is a high-performance athlete and running & strength coach based in Gold Coast, Australia. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and has been connected to athletics since the age of five. Originally from Spain, with Polish roots, her passion for movement, performance and training has evolved into both a personal journey and a professional vocation.

As an athlete, she specializes in sprinting and speed development. In 2024, she became the Spanish U23 400m national champion, a milestone that reflects her understanding of performance, technical refinement, and the commitment required to pursue ambitious goals.

​

With + 5 years of experience coaching track and field athletes and +3 years working as an online and in-person personal trainer, Aleksandra has guided more than 70 clients of all levels to improve their performance, prevent injuries, and reach their individual objectives. Her coaching method integrates evidence-based training, technical analysis, and progressive programming to create personalized, effective, and motivating training experiences.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, she works with athletes around the world, offering an approach that is professional, structured, and grounded in real athletic experience.

For runners, I combine running sessions with technical drills, individualized video analysis, and strength & conditioning work to enhance performance and reduce injury risk. For those focused on strength, I design structured programs to build muscle, increase power, improve body composition, and support fat loss in a sustainable way.

You’ll also get access to mobility routines, injury-prevention exercises, plyometrics, and activation drills to help you train safely, efficiently, and with confidence whether independently or under guidance.

My methodology is progressive, evidence-based, and focused on efficient movement. I monitor your progress, adjust programs regularly, and provide video calls at the end of each cycle to review results, refine goals, and answer questions.
